Miami Hurricanes QB N'Kosi Perry Reportedly Posted Sexually Explicit Snapchat Videos, School Has 'Ad

The University of Miami has acknowledged starting freshman quarterback N'Kosi Perry posted an "inappropriate video" on social media, and the athletics department wouldn't comment on whether Perry would miss the Hurricanes bowl game next week.

The UM student newspaper, The Miami Hurricane, first reported that Perry posted a 10-second Snapchat video that "appears to show two nude people having sex." The report states Perry posted the video shortly after the Hurricanes' Sept. 15 win over Toledo. However, a screen recording by one UM student came back to light in late November.

The Hurricanes athletics department said the video has since been deleted.

"We are aware of an inappropriate video posted on a social media account associated with one of our student-athletes," UM director of athletics communication Camron Ghorbi said in a statement to The Miami Herald. "The video has been removed and the posting has been addressed with the student-athlete. We will continue to be committed to high standards of conduct at UM."

Ghorbi didn't specify to The Herald whether or not Perry was suspended from the team, nor his availability for the team's game against Wisconsin in the Pinstripe Bowl next week at Yankee Stadium in New York City.

The Miami Hurricane reports that no faces can be seen in the video allegedly posted by Perry.

This isn't the first time the university has frowned upon Perry's social media activity. On his Instagram account in late October, Perry posted a video where he's seen in a car with lots of cash in his lap. Miami coach Mark Richt said the video didn't look good for the school, and that the football program has dealt with that issue and moved forward.

"It's been addressed," Hurricanes coach Mark Richt said about the cash-in-the-car video. "He didn't break any laws. He didn't break any NCAA rules. He's in good standing, but the image is not good. We don't like that. He's just got to be more mature and more wise with what he does."

And that's not all for Perry, who was also suspended for the season opener against LSU for a "violation of team rules." The school didn't discuss what those were.

Perry leads the Hurricanes with 1,089 passing yards and 13 touchdowns. He has completed just 51.6 percent of his passes and has thrown five interceptions. The freshman is from Ocala, Fla.
