It's over: Orange Is The New Black star Pablo Schreiber and wife, Jessica Monty seen in November 9, 2013, before she filed for separation
The wife of actor Pablo Schreiber, best known as the corrupt drug-peddling prison officer George Mendez on show Orange Is the New Black has filed for 'legal separation'.
Yoga instructor Jessica Monty moved to end their marriage of six years before Christmas citing irreconcilable differences.
Schreiber, 35, whose nickname on the Netflix show is Pornstache, married Jessica in 2007.
They have two sons, aged 5 and another just 22-months.
The Canadian-American actor, who is the half-brother of Liev Schrieber, tweeted last month: 'The really f***ed up thing about divorce is that eventually you have to decide who gets to keep the neti-pot.'
According to TMZ Jessica is has asked for full physical custody of the children and is seeking spousal support.
And she is open to giving Schreiber visitation rights and willing to share legal custody.
Schreiber appeared in the films The Manchurian Candidate alongside his half-brother Liev, Lords Of Dogtown and also starred on Law & Order: Criminal Intent.
Orange is The New Black is the streaming site-turned-broadcaster Netflix's most-watched show of the year.
It has outperformed both the heavily hyped return of cult sitcom Arrested Development and the US remake of House of Cards that stars Kevin Spacey.
Loosely based on the real-life story of author Piper Kerman's stint in prison, the show follows Taylor Schilling as Piper Chapman, a white middle-class New Yorker convicted of drug trafficking into the segregated world of female incarceration.
The show received Golden Globe and AFI nominations in 2013.
